Registered Behavior Technician - Waukegan, IL

In this role, you'll work a consistent daytime schedule from 7:45am to 2:45pm, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while contributing meaningfully each day. Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting early elementary school-aged children (K-2nd grade) strongly preferred
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and observational abilities
• Collaborative mindset and professionalism in a school setting
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with students to support behavioral and educational goals
• Collect and analyze behavioral data and report on student progress
