Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Wayne, PA area
Setting: High School
Pay: $23.57–$28.15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and document behavioral and skill-acquisition data
Assist students with developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral strategies
Support students in the classroom and throughout the school environment
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
Qualifications
Current RBT certification preferred/required based on district requirements
Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow behavior plans and collect accurate data
