Soliant Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position at Conestoga High School in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Onsite position

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to high school students throughout the school day.

Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized behavioral strategies.

Support students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional goals.

Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress.

Utilize appropriate behavior management and de-escalation strategies.

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other members of the school team.

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive educational environment.

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Must be able to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances.

Experience working with high school-aged students and students with behavioral or special education needs preferred.

Previous school-based experience is a plus.

Strong communication, behavior management, and teamwork skills.

Reliable transportation to the school site is required.
