Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and the educational team
  • Support students in classroom and small group settings to encourage positive behavior and social development
  • Accurately record and maintain data on student progress and behavioral goals
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, BCBAs, and family members to share progress and develop consistent support strategies
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to grow your skills and stay updated on best practices
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students
