Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - West Chester, Pennsylvania

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic school environment! This full-time contract position offers 35 hours per week and runs through June 2027, with immediate start dates available. Multiple openings are available at two school sites, working directly with students who benefit from specialized behavioral support.

Openings:

• Chester Upland School of Arts: 3 positions (K-2 Autistic Support classroom; seeking 1 female and 2 male RBTs)
• Toby Farms Middle School: 2 positions (male RBTs only)

What we’re looking for:

• Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification (must provide upfront; able to maintain certification externally as needed)
• Demonstrated school-based experience in SPED/behavioral support settings
• Comfortable working closely with diverse student populations, including those with autism or significant behavioral needs
• Strong adaptability for changing needs and flexible caseloads
• Reliable transportation for onsite work
• Excellent professional references
• Current or ability to complete all required PA clearances
• Comfortable in urban educational settings

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions according to student IEPs and school guidelines
• Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff
• Maintain professional records and certification compliance independently
• Support positive student interactions and reinforce skill development
