Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational environment
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and organized in a fast-paced setting
- Professional approach adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision
- Assist with collecting data on student behaviors, documenting progress, and updating records
- Implement individualized intervention plans and reinforcement strategies
- Support classroom routines and promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student goals and progress
- Participate in training and team meetings to advance your skills
