Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational environment
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and organized in a fast-paced setting
• Professional approach adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students under BCBA supervision
• Assist with collecting data on student behaviors, documenting progress, and updating records
• Implement individualized intervention plans and reinforcement strategies
• Support classroom routines and promote a positive learning atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student goals and progress
• Participate in training and team meetings to advance your skills
