Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification and registry in good standing
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Adaptability to diverse learning environments and student needs
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver behavior interventions under guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current in best practices
- Support students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth within their educational programs
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all reporting requirements
