Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | West Jordan, Utah

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid RBT certification
• Previous experience working with children or within a school setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with ABA principles and intervention strategies

• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support for students with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes
• Participate in team meetings, progress reviews, and ongoing training
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
