Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification and registry in good standing
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver behavior interventions under guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current in best practices
• Support students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth within their educational programs
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all reporting requirements
