Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practical application
- Excellent communication, organization, and observational skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability within changing school environments
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and treatment plan progress
- Collaborate with behavior analysts and education staff to adjust strategies
- Support generalization of skills across settings (classroom, lunchroom, playground)
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
