  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Assist in developing supportive strategies tailored to each student’s needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Promote a safe, encouraging environment for students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs
