Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Westland, Michigan

Make a positive impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in the Ann Arbor and Westland, MI area! Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• Previous experience as an RBT, especially within school or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to confidentiality and ethical standards in student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or group behavioral support for students in classroom and school environments
• Gather behavioral data and assist in documenting student progress and responses to interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to optimize behavior plans
• Support students in achieving social, emotional, and educational goals
• Maintain detailed session notes and communication logs as required
• Adapt strategies to meet individual student needs day-to-day
