Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is highly valued
  • Familiarity with behavioral intervention plans and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) methodologies
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Compassion, patience, and an adaptable approach to the diverse needs of students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Track and document student progress, participating actively in progress meetings and planning
  • Collaborate with educational teams to reinforce positive behavioral support strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to help students achieve IEP and behavioral goals
  • Adapt and modify strategies based on student response and data collected
