Registered Behavior Technician - Westland, MI

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
• Effective communication skills with both students and staff
• Professional, reliable, and committed to positive outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and interventions
• Foster a supportive, structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school support staff
• Provide feedback and progress updates to supervising BCBA and educational stakeholders
• Assist with social skills groups and classroom management as needed
