Registered Behavior Technician in Wetumpka, AL

What we’re seeking:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• A compassionate, patient approach to supporting students with behavioral needs
• Ability to collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and follow supervisor guidance
• Reliability and adaptability to fit into school routines

Your primary focus:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary students, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Track progress, document behaviors, and provide constructive feedback to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff
• Support teachers and instructional staff in maintaining effective, positive classroom environments
• Participate in team meetings and offer insights to optimize student support
• Communicate effectively and professionally with families as part of the student support team
