Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience supporting children in school or clinical settings, especially with behavioral needs
• Demonstrated ability to follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with school staff and specialists
• Willingness to work onsite across 2-3 campuses as an itinerant staff member
• Flexible, adaptable approach—comfortable in self-contained elementary environments
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards at all times

• Provide direct behavioral support to elementary students in self-contained classrooms
• Implement proactive strategies and behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/Specialists
• Work closely with a designated specialist to monitor student progress and adjust techniques as needed
• Collect accurate data on student behaviors and responses to interventions
• Foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere that prioritizes student well-being and growth
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff, ensuring continuity of support across settings
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed throughout the week
