Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement individualized intervention plans consistently and accurately
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and initiative

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one or small group behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Assist with classroom management and foster a supportive learning environment
• Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBAs and educational staff
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress
• Support students in developing social, academic, and daily living skills
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
