Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement individualized intervention plans consistently and accurately
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and initiative
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one or small group behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
- Assist with classroom management and foster a supportive learning environment
- Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBAs and educational staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress
- Support students in developing social, academic, and daily living skills
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
