What you’ll bring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification 
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Professionalism, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

In this role, you will:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavior support to students as directed
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or other qualified supervisor
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors consistently
• Assist in developing and adapting resources for behavioral support
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to help enhance student outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and a nurturing, respectful approach at all times
