Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively on a multidisciplinary team
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of behaviors and learning needs
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, transitions, and routines
• Engage students in positive reinforcement and help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with staff and families to support student goals
• Help create and adapt instructional materials as needed
