Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, preferably in school settings
• Understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and positive behavior support plans
• Strong communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
• Exceptional patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to working with children
• Ability to maintain documentation and ensure accurate data collection

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Provide direct behavioral support to students, individually or in small groups
• Assist in monitoring student progress and collecting data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Support student development by applying evidence-based techniques and consistent reinforcement strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school district policies and ethical standards
