Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Willoughby, OH

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings supporting students with behavioral needs preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention planning
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and clinical supervisors
• Ability to maintain detailed records and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines

Key Duties:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Track and document student progress, behavior data, and intervention outcomes
• Work one-on-one or in small-group settings to reinforce positive behaviors and skill development
• Support teachers and school staff in incorporating behavioral strategies into daily classroom activities
• Communicate regularly with the school team and families to ensure coordinated support
• Adjust techniques as needed to meet changing student needs and optimize progress
