This contract position places you at the heart of impactful educational services, working directly with students at Richardson Park Elementary or Marbrook. What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Current, active RBT certification (required at the time of application)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric/elementary experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability and commitment to work in person for the full length of the summer program
  • Reliable transportation to assigned campus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Readiness for a brief Teams interview (15–30 minutes) as part of the selection process

Primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support for students within an established autism program
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of supervising clinicians and educators
  • Collect data, maintain documentation, and communicate progress effectively
  • Participate fully in professional development days (June 23 & June 24; 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Commit to the summer program schedule (July 6 – August 6; Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Collaborate with fellow RBTs, educators, and support staff for a cohesive program experience
