Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
• Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and practices

• Detail-oriented, patient, and adaptable to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one or group support to students as directed
• Collect, record, and summarize data relating to student progress
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in team meetings
• Contribute to generalization and maintenance of behavioral skills across settings
