• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Ability to collect data accurately and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and adapting classroom environments to foster inclusion and positive behavior
• Document observations, record interventions, and provide regular updates to the team
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as needed
