Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students across a broad age and grade range, from Pre-K through age 22, in the areas surrounding Odessa and Wilmington, DE. Play a pivotal role in fostering growth and learning for students with diverse needs throughout the 2026-2027 school year, working 35 hours per week as part of a dynamic educational community.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required (please be ready to provide your certificate or screenshot upon application)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection techniques
  • Demonstrated skill in implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy to students ranging from Pre-K to transition-aged (up to 22 years old)
  • Support students in achieving individual behavioral and educational goals within a school environment
  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and session notes in compliance with program protocols
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educational teams to implement specific intervention plans
  • Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom and school environment
