Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Wilmington, DE

An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-school behavioral support within a Wilmington, DE educational setting. This contract position is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to apply applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to assist students in achieving meaningful behavioral progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all professional responsibilities
• Participate in training and professional development activities as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in educational or clinical environments providing behavior analytic services
