What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document student progress
• Encourage students’ communication, social, and adaptive skills through evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with instructional staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support positive behavioral environments and classroom management
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and district policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB
• Previous experience working with children or students on the autism spectrum or with behavioral challenges preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a school setting
• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, patience, and a passion for supporting student success
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the duration of the contract
