Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document accurate behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• RBT certification must be current and in good standing.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
