• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with teachers, specialists, and families
• Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assigned students individually, promoting positive behaviors and academic participation
• Implement behavior intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and teachers
• Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school staff to ensure cohesive support across academic and behavioral needs
• Provide feedback and participate in meetings regarding student development
