  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children, especially in a classroom setting
  • Strong ability to implement behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols
  • Flexibility to manage both 1:1 and group support efficiently
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills
  • Professionalism, patience, and a passion for helping students thrive

What you’ll do:

  • Provide 1:1 behavior support and interventions to middle school students
  • Facilitate small group support within the classroom environment
  • Collect and document behavioral data for progress monitoring and goal tracking
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, therapists, and fellow support staff
  • Use proactive, evidence-based practices to assist students with behavioral, social, or communication needs
  • Adjust interventions as needed, under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or special education staff
