Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active RBT certification and state licensure required
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Ability to provide individualized support to students in a one-on-one capacity
- Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies and behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other support staff
- Adaptable and resourceful approach, willing to adjust interventions as needed for each student
- Strong organizational skills for documenting progress and maintaining records
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students based on individualized education plans and behavior intervention plans
- Implement ABA techniques and strategies in classroom settings to encourage positive behaviors and skill development
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure consistent support across learning environments
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification and enhance skills
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and school guidelines
