High School Elementary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active RBT certification and state licensure required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Ability to provide individualized support to students in a one-on-one capacity
• Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies and behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other support staff
• Adaptable and resourceful approach, willing to adjust interventions as needed for each student
• Strong organizational skills for documenting progress and maintaining records

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students based on individualized education plans and behavior intervention plans
• Implement ABA techniques and strategies in classroom settings to encourage positive behaviors and skill development
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure consistent support across learning environments
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification and enhance skills
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and school guidelines
