Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Woodbridge, VA

Step into a full-time opportunity supporting 1st grade students during the Extended School Year in a dedicated one-on-one environment. Located in the vibrant community near Woodbridge, VA, this contract-to-hire position focuses on making a measurable difference for young learners with behavioral needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed as a BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or certified Special Education Teacher
• Direct experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and/or with ADHD is highly valued
• Previous work in school or special education environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and observational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans
• Patience and adaptability to work one-on-one with elementary-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instructional and behavioral support to 1st grade students in a one-on-one format
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other specialists to address behavioral and educational needs
• Develop, assess, and adjust instructional and behavioral intervention plans
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to both families and the educational team
• Provide a structured, encouraging, and safe learning space for students with behavioral challenges
