Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience supporting students in a school or educational setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Ability to manage documentation and data collection with attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized student plans
• Collect and document data on student progress, challenging behaviors, and response to interventions
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school teams to optimize student outcomes
• Assist in implementing positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support academic and social success
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine skills and strategies
• Support generalization of skills across various school environments
