Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification, recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience providing 1:1 and small group support for students with autism spectrum disorder and related needs
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Adaptability and compassion in working with diverse student populations
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based interventions to support student behavior, skill acquisition, and communication goals
- Track progress and record data using established reporting systems
- Collaborate with classroom staff and BCBAs to adjust strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
- Contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions when appropriate
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
