Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification, recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience providing 1:1 and small group support for students with autism spectrum disorder and related needs
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Adaptability and compassion in working with diverse student populations
  • Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA-based interventions to support student behavior, skill acquisition, and communication goals
  • Track progress and record data using established reporting systems
  • Collaborate with classroom staff and BCBAs to adjust strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions when appropriate
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
