Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current licensure as applicable to RBT practice
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to foster positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting children and adolescents with behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, 1:1 behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school-based teams to support student goals
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity across school settings
• Support students in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
