High School Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Woodburn, Oregon

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification is required
• State licensure (if applicable)
• Prior experience working in schools (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
• Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and behavior intervention plans
• Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 setting with students with diverse needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to support students across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with autism and related disorders through individualized behavioral interventions
• Collect data and monitor progress; maintain accurate records as required
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisors to implement and adjust behavior intervention plans
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes student growth and participation
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
