Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Worcester, MA

Experience meaningful work supporting students in a dynamic after-school environment as a Registered Behavior Technician. What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-age children or in educational settings preferred
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions as part of after-school programming
• Accurately record and report data on student progress and behaviors
• Work collaboratively with education professionals to support student goals
• Adapt interventions in response to data, under supervision and guidance
• Foster a safe, encouraging environment that motivates students to participate and succeed
