Grades 9 - 12 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Worcester, MA

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with students in grades K-12, including elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Comfortable delivering individualized behavioral interventions in a 1:1 setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support and skills training to students
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress
• Communicate consistently with educational staff and reporting supervisors
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training
