Make a difference every day by providing individualized support as a Registered Behavior Technician in a vibrant school setting serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. In this rewarding contract role, you’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with students across multiple grade levels, helping them develop critical skills for success in both academic and social environments. Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
  • Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to remain patient, enthusiastic, and flexible within dynamic situations
  • Comfortable supporting students across a broad range of grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to document student progress
  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other professionals on intervention goals
  • Support students in developing social, academic, and life skills
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for continuous improvement
  • Adapt interventions and supports to meet individual student needs
