Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid RBT certification required
  • Experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
  • Skilled in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication abilities, both with students and staff
  • Proactive, patient, and adaptable in various classroom and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, individualized behavioral support to students as outlined in their BIPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and other professionals to maintain consistent behavioral strategies
  • Observe, record, and report on student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
  • Support social, academic, and behavioral goals within inclusive and specialized educational settings
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions when needed
