Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with children or students in an educational or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to collect accurate behavioral data and follow detailed treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans
- Accurately record data on student progress and response to interventions
- Provide support and guidance to students in both classroom and non-classroom settings
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development
- Communicate effectively with lead therapists, teachers, and family members to support student success
