What we're looking for:

• Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience as a Paraprofessional or teacher’s aide, preferably in school settings
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting developmental growth
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
• Capacity to adapt to diverse student needs and changing environments
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to feedback

Your day-to-day contributions:

• Assist students with academic tasks and behavioral programs under the supervision of specialists
• Collect and record data on student progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions
• Implement strategies that reinforce positive behaviors and social skills
• Support classroom management and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to foster academic engagement and participation
• Collaborate with educational staff and therapists to ensure consistency in students’ learning plans
• Model patience, active listening, and encouragement with every interaction
