Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and empathy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Professionalism and reliability in a dynamic classroom environment
• Passion for helping students achieve social, behavioral, and academic milestones

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, track, and record data on student progress and behavior
• Support classroom teachers and intervention teams during daily routines and special activities
• Adapt and adjust strategies as directed to best support individual student needs
• Participate in regular meetings and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
