Two contract positions are available: one supporting a student 1:1 and another in an ASD classroom, both offering 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working with children, especially within educational or behavioral settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff, students, and families
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability when responding to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized behavioral support to students, ensuring implementation of prescribed Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral trends
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Modify reinforcement strategies as needed to maximize student success
  • Maintain professional conduct and ethical standards consistent with RBT guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective student interventions
