This position is based in Woodland, CA, partnering closely with a general education classroom teacher, a dedicated paraeducator, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The assignment runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, offering stability and a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with a student exhibiting intense behaviors focused on attention-seeking and avoidance. You’ll be instrumental in carrying out a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), collaborating with a skilled BCBA, and ensuring the student’s success in a mainstream environment. Your expertise will help create a supportive, encouraging setting where positive behavior change can thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Comfort supporting students with intense behavioral needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to a first-grade student in a general education classroom
