As the Reading Interventionist, you’ll primarily facilitate small group instruction in 30-minute rotating sessions (typically with groups of around six students), with opportunities to deliver push-in interventions as well. Your expertise will synergize with classroom teachers, instructional staff, and other specialists to shape effective, evidence-based literacy practices and drive continuous student growth. Leveraging assessment data, you will identify individual strengths and areas for support, design targeted reading interventions, and enhance classroom literacy strategies as part of a coordinated, data-driven literacy framework.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania State Educator License with Reading Specialist certification
• At least 2 years of recent teaching experience preferred
• Strong collaborative skills with educators and support staff
• Deep understanding of literacy best practices and effective intervention techniques
• Confidence in using assessment data to inform instructional decisions

In this role, you will:

• Work within a teacher-contracted schedule
