You’ll play a vital part in fostering reading skills and meeting the needs of students on both elementary and high school campuses. Key Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid General Teaching Endorsement required
  • Possess one of the following credentials: Reading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP)
  • Background as a Reading Specialist; experience providing targeted interventions to students with dyslexia
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnership with general and special education staff
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide multi-sensory, evidence-based reading intervention for students identified with dyslexia
  • Collaborate with campus teams to design individualized instruction aligned with student needs
  • Monitor student progress, maintain records, and communicate results with educators and families
  • Support literacy assessment, planning, and differentiation in both elementary and high school settings
  • Serve as a resource for campus staff by sharing dyslexia-specific strategies and insights
