Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania (PA) teaching certification/licensure and Reading Specialist certification
- Proven school-based experience, particularly in urban settings
- Mastery of reading instruction, formative assessments, and differentiated instructional strategies
- Ability to develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district educational standards
- Strong classroom and behavior management skills
- Reliable access to transportation for consistent attendance
- Comfortable working within the specific district and community setting
- Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating adaptability and cultural competence
- Uphold all PA clearance requirements prior to start
