Reading Specialist in North Richland Hills, TX

This full-time, contract opportunity runs from November 17, 2026, to December 18, 2026, working with kindergarten through fifth-grade students who deserve dedicated intervention. Your skills and expertise will have a direct impact as you engage students in person—virtual instruction is not included in this role. The focus is on genuine connection and hands-on support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a Reading Specialist, specifically within elementary school settings
• Take Flight training or Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) certification; preference given to those holding both
• Proven ability to deliver small-group or individualized dyslexia interventions
• Strong understanding of the unique needs of students with dyslexia, including progress monitoring and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to engage with teachers and families regarding student progress
• Adaptability and organization to manage a caseload efficiently within the school environment

Position Details:

• Contract role with a set schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day
• Support approximately 26 elementary students identified for dyslexia intervention
