Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license required
• Certified School Nurse credential or a Master's degree in School Nursing
• Demonstrated experience performing clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, gastrostomy tube management, and ventilator support
• Strong assessment and observation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with LVNs, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct skills assessments for LVNs focused on trach, g-tube, and vent care
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to LVNs to ensure competency
