High School Licensed Registered Nurse School Setting - Anderson, SC

In this contract role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with two students in a classroom setting, supporting their health and educational journey each day. Your expertise and compassion will help create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• School-based nursing or experience working with pediatric populations
• Confidence caring for teenagers, including those with complex medical needs
• Preferred: Previous experience with g-tube feedings and ventilator support
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic school setting

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct, individualized care for two high school students within a classroom
• Provide ongoing health monitoring and intervention, including but not limited to medication administration and emergency response
• Support a student who uses a wheelchair and a student who is ambulatory, adjusting care as needed
• Safely manage g-tube feeding and ventilation equipment as necessary
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records and daily notes
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure seamless care and inclusion
