Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Current certifications (state and national level) for school nursing
• Experience working within a high school or pediatric environment preferred
• Skilled in clinical health assessments and documentation
• G-tube and ventilator care experience highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized healthcare to two students, supporting their educational participation
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for safety and side effects
• Provide daily care for one student using a wheelchair and one ambulatory student
• Manage and monitor g-tube feedings and, if qualified, provide ventilator support as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff to deliver safe, inclusive classroom experiences
• Keep accurate health care records and partner with families on care plans
• Act as an advocate for the students' well-being and respond effectively to health emergencies
