High School Certified Registered Nurse School Setting in Anderson, SC

You’ll work in a classroom with two students, offering personalized healthcare support and ensuring their well-being throughout the school day.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Certification as a school nurse is a plus
• Experience working with high school-aged youth preferred
• Previous work with g-tubes and ventilators strongly desired
• Skilled at assessing and responding to student health needs
• Compassionate communicator and team player

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to two high school students, one of whom uses a wheelchair
• Monitor students’ medical needs and administer daily care, including feeding and medication management
• Implement individualized healthcare plans and respond to emergencies with professionalism
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic student care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all health documentation is up to date
