High School 1:1 Care School Registered Nurse | Anderson, South Carolina

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license is required
• Proven background in school nursing or pediatric clinical settings

• Compassionate, proactive communicator with a collaborative spirit

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized health care for up to 7 students in classroom settings
• Manage ventilatory support for wheelchair-bound children
• Monitor and document vital signs, medication administration, and care plans
• Work closely with educators, therapists, and family members to optimize student engagement
• Respond swiftly and effectively to any medical emergencies or changes in condition
• Uphold high standards of care and confidentiality in line with school policies
