Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Prior experience working in school settings is a must
• Background in legal nursing or experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Current CPR and First Aid certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate healthcare to students and staff
• Administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond effectively to emergencies
• Apply knowledge of legal standards in nursing to ensure compliance with educational and healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely health records in accordance with laws and policies
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrative teams on student health plans
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics, fostering a safe learning environment
• Assist with the development and review of school health policies and protocols
