1:1 Pediatric 10th Grade School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Atlanta, Georgia

Desired Skills & Background:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience delivering 1:1 pediatric nursing care, preferably in schools or similar settings
• Comfortable supporting students at various grade levels (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th)
• Ability to respond effectively to medical interventions and emergencies on campus
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, families, and faculty
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to student health and well-being

• Deliver individualized nursing care to assigned students, including medication administration, health monitoring, and daily care interventions
• Support students’ participation in academic and school activities while prioritizing their medical needs
• Manage care plans and documentation, collaborating with the educational team to ensure seamless support for students
• Respond promptly to urgent health concerns, providing confident and knowledgeable interventions
• Educate students and staff on relevant health and safety practices as needed
