This position involves working closely with students across various grade levels, including 1st through 5th grades, as well as 9th and 10th grades. The role requires delivering personalized nursing care to ensure the health and safety of students with specific medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care to pediatric students in a school environment.
- Monitor and manage medical conditions in students ranging from early elementary to high school grades.
- Collaborate with school staff to support students’ health plans and emergency protocols.
- Document nursing observations and interventions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school personnel regarding student health statuses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in pediatric nursing and direct 1:1 care.
