Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the state
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Proficiency in health assessments, individualized care planning, and emergency response
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, families, and staff
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care, first aid, medication administration, and manage student health plans
• Assist with health screenings, immunization tracking, and illness reporting
• Document all health office visits and care in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Act as a resource and advisor to students and staff on health issues and wellness practices
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and support crisis interventions
• Communicate effectively with school administration and parents regarding student needs
• Promote a safe and hygienic environment by monitoring and enforcing infection control protocols
