Position Title: Full time School Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Barrington, RI 

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: 32-38/based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provides healthcare services for student(s) (K-12)

• Experience with medically fragile student, G-tube, seizure, rescue Meds for Asthma and Seizures, and bus riding with the student

• Must be comfortable bus riding with students to and from school

• Implements specialized health care protocols as directed by the health management plan

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist in implementing health care plans for students with chronic conditions

Qualifications:

• Must have RI Registered Nurse License/School Nurse Teacher (SNT) Certificate through the RIDOE is required for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred but not required

• Worked in a School setting for at least 1 year or related

• Current CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification
