The assignment is set to run from July 27th through August 14th, with the added potential for extension into the next academic year, should your placement prove to be an excellent match.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Recent nursing experience; experience with pediatrics or school-age children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a school setting
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Responsibilities:

• Delivering daily nursing services to students in need, including routine care, medication administration, and emergency response
• Developing and implementing individualized health care plans for students
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student health and safety
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Promoting a healthy and safe school environment through health education and awareness

This position is designed with balance in mind, offering consistent Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, giving you afternoons free for other pursuits or personal time.
