Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and school personnel
• Proficiency in performing health assessments and responding to medical needs during the school day
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications to students, following documented protocols
• Conduct post-restraint evaluations to ensure student safety and proper follow-up care
• Manage medical records accurately and in compliance with privacy regulations
• Serve as an advocate for student health, responding to routine and emergency needs during school hours
• Communicate clearly with school staff and families regarding student health concerns
